2. Service Policies

 

A. Pickup & Delivery

 

We offer free pickup and delivery within our service area.

 

Laundry will be returned folded in clear plastic bags for cleanliness and easy handling.

 

A $10 Missed Pickup Fee applies if laundry is not at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

 

 

B. Laundry Acceptance

 

For health and safety, we will not accept laundry containing bed bugs, body fluids, mold, excessive pet hair, or any other biohazardous materials.

 

If such items are found, service will be refused and items will be returned unwashed.

 

 

C. Payment Terms

 

Payment must be made before delivery of completed laundry.

 

Payments received after 5:00 p.m. will result in delivery being made the following day.

3. Liability

 

While we take great care with all garments, Let’s Laundry-SC is not responsible for items left in clothing (such as money, jewelry, keys, or electronics).

 

We are not liable for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or fading that occurs in the laundering process.
